The mission of the Panevėžys District Social Services Centre is to help every person regain the meaning and dignity of life. To motivate the people who do this work to take the initiative to serve the common good. Gustoniai Social Care Home is a newly reconstructed, modern and cozy place for the care of the elderly. The reconstruction carried out three years ago brought significant changes, providing residents not only with twice as much space, but also with comprehensive comfort.
Today, the care home located in the village of Nauradai offers 22 places, 20 of which are for long-term social care and 2 for short-term social care. Residents of the centre enjoy spacious, single and double rooms with new furniture, recreation areas and a modern kitchen and dining room, while convenient compensating equipment helps to ensure full-fledged and safe maintenance.
The entire environment of the care home has been specially adapted for the elderly, and their living and care conditions have been significantly improved. If in the past patients had to be lifted out of beds by hand, now it is a special compensatory technique.
In the newly built building of about 600 sq. m. m. There are 6 single and 8 double rooms in the annex. A total of 22 places are now installed in the care home, 20 of which are intended for long-term social care, 2 places for short-term care.
